두 번째, 저희 대주펫푸드에서는 인위적으로 색을 입히는 인공색소를 사용하지 않아, 제품의 색상은 사용된 원료에 의해 결정됩니다. 또한 사료 공정의 마지막 단계에서 기호성 증진을 위해 키블(사료)에 코팅 작업으로 오일을 분사하는 과정에서의 색 차이가 있을 수 있습니다. 하지만 모두 오차 범위 내에서 조절되며 색이 달라도 품질에는 이상이 없습니다.

쉨잇은 키블과 동결건조파우더가 함께 들어있는 제품으로 제품을 충분히 흔들어 키블에 동결건조파우더를 흡착시킨 뒤 급여하는 제품입니다.
동결건조 제품의 특성상 원재료에 의한 다양한 요인에 따라 색과 질감 등에서 차이를 보일 수 있으며 제품 충진 후 시간이 지남에 따라 자연스럽게 키블과 동결건조파우더가 섞이기 시작하며 흡착하게 됩니다. 이 과정에서 기존과 다르게 느끼게 되었을수도 있습니다.

설사 및 구토 증상은 다양한 원인에 의해 발생할 수 있습니다.
처음 급여하는 경우라면 상세페이지 내 주의사항을 참고하시어 7일 정도의 시간을 두고 기존 사료와 섞어가며 사료 변경을 해주셔야 합니다.
또한 과식 및 급하게 먹은 경우에 설사 및 구토 증상이 발생할 수 있습니다. 이러한 경우 사료 양을 평소보다 줄여서 여러 번 나눠 급여하시는 것을 권장 드립니다.
